As a warning, bought this about a week ago and it arrived today, does not work. A few other wooters appear to be in the same boat.

Not s big deal other than it doesn’t appear to be a fluke, so trying to save others the run around.
Actually, it is a big thing when you purchase something you expected to work. It’s an inconvenience to have to pack it up and ship it back especially a lot of these places make you pay for the shipping so it might not be a big deal to you, but it would definitely be a big deal to me
Hi there. Woot provides a pre-paid label for returns as long as you don’t take advantage of their generosity.

As an update to this post, I was able to reset it by plugging it in, unplugging it, holding the power button down, re-plugging it in, and continuing to hold the power button until the screen flashed. Seems to have brought it back to life for now.
Satisfied with it - seems to be a good air filter from what I can observe so far.
Were you standing up while you did it or were you lying down? If so, were you on your back or either side?
