I like the vacuum with two complaints:
First, holding the trigger makes my hand hurt after a while.
Second, I wish there was a light. Are there other heads with lights (or the laser) that will work with this vacuum?
I have a friend who likes her Dyson, so for curiosity, I tried one of these at a store, and wow- they the most awkward things to hold onto! I’ll keep my beloved hoover windtunnels.
Any complaints on the battery?
1: You get used to the trigger with use. Gotta work out those muscles.
2: Any of the v8+ heads will start on it and the Detect head has a light. Maybe look for a V10 (or v9 or v8) Detect replacement cleaning head (so it has enough power to use it at max).

Who remembers when Woot used to be a deal?
So is there any reason why I would want this over my Shark navigator? I have a high pile rug, normal rugs and wood floors and I do get sick of swapping outlets.
Also anyone care to comment on battery life in refurb units of this?
I have had several of these and although they say it is for pets, the machines are constantly getting clogged with my two Bullies fur. Annoying to have to stop all the time to clean out the hair. Plus does not pick up kibble that has landed on the floor. Looking for another brand next time.
People need to control their impulse buying and learn to comparison shop instead of expecting a refund when they pay too much.
Hey all. We try to hold the price for 14 days. After that, we need to be flexible to lower prices to match other retail prices and offer the best deals.
I was told recently by a customer service agent that the prices are only for that day. If price is cheaper afterwards or elsewhere nothing would be done about it. I wasn’t thrilled about that response as previously I would atleast receive the price matching in hopes to have a returning customer.
I would think the price match would be good for as long as one could have it shipped back for a refund. It would definitely be less costly for Woot/Amazon to refund the difference than to pay the shipping for the return and to ship another out… Right?
I am in the same boat here, but I’m not going bother pursuing this. I already had to have the head replaced on mine.
