Anyone know how these fair (fare?) on hardwoods? I’ve read the softer head is better for hard surfaces.
Also, does this have a Dyson warranty or a third party and for how long? The product description says,
“All Dyson official refurbished machines have been thoroughly tested to meet like-new performance standards. Units may have some cosmetic blemishes that include scratches and/or other surface imperfections, that do not affect functionality.”
So I’m assuming its Dyson, but just want to confirm

@j4john10 I have the V7 Animal and it does great on hardwood! I was fortunate enough to catch a Christmas sale 2 years ago and purchased it new at this price directly from Dyson! They included a mini brush head attachment and a bonus bag with all of the other attachments for this model!

Same here. Got mine today and no filter. I’m not even going to bother with Dyson. Just order from Amazon and you’ll end up with it faster.
Make sure you contact Woot CS so they are aware of the issue. I’m tracking it here as well.
