Before people ask about the condition numbers:
They’re the same. The inventory is in multiple SKUs and the Woot system doesn’t combine them.
I think these are excellent units. Picture is excellent, sound is very good. Excellent base for music, very good mid to higher ranges for dialogue on movies and communication. I used this product for communicating with my mother when I could not get to see her in a nursing home during/after covid. Also played her movies and music. Forever grateful.
The Show 10 is one(edit) of our favorite Echo Devices. And it is was replaced by the silly, overpriced “follow me” motorized Show 10. So if you want a larger screen size than the Show 8, but the not quite ready for prime time Show 15, then this is it.
But be sure to immediately open the shipment and carefully evaluate it for damage and after activating, particularly weird screen defects. When viewing solid light subjects and solid dark subjects. Watch for inconsistent backlight bleeding around edges.
Not Woot’s fault, but Mother Amazon’s Refurb (this unit) and Used evaluation processes leave something to be desired. We’ve found Woot Customer Service to be very responsive to issues within the 90-day warranty period.

I have ordered reconditioned Amazon electronics before on WOOT and they have been in close-to-new condition. I ordered this Echo Show and it was very poorly packed arriving with considerable damage to a front corner. Minor wear can be expected but this was not minor. I don’t know if the damage happened in shipping to me or was present beforehand. The Echo was not listed as scratch & dent. I will be returning the unit.
I’m very sorry. Sounds like the Amazon refurbishers shouldn’t have put that back into circulation. CS will help you out.
Same. Generally, Amazon electronics are close to new when purchased from Woot, but this one came with a heavily scratched screen.
Same issue as others with condition. The plug adapter was rattling around loose in the box, hence the screen got scratched through the loose bubble wrap. They are sold out so I’m guessing a replacement is not possible
