In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

i’ve been avoiding that as I know they’ll want to issue a refund and tell me i can’t replace it and let’s face it a kettlebell for that price is a rare find!

I ordered mine on June 27 and received on June 30.
The box was beat pretty good and the item had a small scuff, but I’m not complaining. It was an awesome price that nobody else could touch!
I felt bad for the poor delivery person carrying it up a flight of stairs.
