Agreed. I forgot about Sriracha. So good and only adds pepper flavor when added in small amounts. Heat only shows up when you add more.

Chipotle BBQ sauce
It is a little on the sweet side, but with a pleasant kick. Not too hot.
I enjoy it on chicken wings. But it really brings the Bacon Cheeseburger that I get at a local “Mexican” restaurant to a new level! Far superior to ketchup!

El Yucateco especially the ‘xxxtra hot sauce - Chile Habanero’

Let’s shake the truth tree -

No ring of fire unless you are birthing babies. That shyt is real.

I have been known to carry a small apothecary bottle of hot sauce when I know I’m going some place with none seasoned food. Or, I’ll eat before I get there and feast on the beverages because you can’t mess up straight hard liquor unless it’s been watered down

Used to get zulu-zulu peri-peri, now all I can find is Nando’s peri-peri, for my sardines.

Gimme some hot mustard yeah lol

If you like Tabasco, next time just dump vinegar on your food. It’s the same thing.

I use Tabasco in the Jack Daniels BBQ sauce I make.
It really is perfect for that.

That sounds like a good use for it. You won’t get the overpowering taste of vinegar that way.
