Not to be confused with bourbon balls, which are a whole udder thing. Esp how my Momma made them. “1T bourbon. Ok. Knead it in, sample it. Needs more.” pours straight from bottle. Knead, sample, pour more. I reckon there usually was 2.5-3T of bourbon added, once the sampling seemed right for her.
My big bro claimed they made bourbon balls like Momma. I guarantee they did not. He said they followed her recipe exactly. So, not like the Momma’s.

Dang. I go to do errands, had to clean apt as I have company over for dinner. I miss the Good Chocolate, sparkly lights and a BOC. do I give up?
