Ok, now im a little confused.
The listing NOW states this is a first gen model! This change was made AFTER the item sold out. Also, the model you linked said it wss released in 2021. The listing now clearly says it is 2018 model which is FIVE years old. Im feeling pretty misled and will be sending this back as soon as it hits my doorstep. Not even going to open the box. It seems the idea of "prime appreciation " isn’t really about appreciation but how to siphon off a little more $.
They probably made the change so that it will be copied in correct for the next sale. The downside to the few automated processes that we have.
I asked (not the first time) for the title to be clearer about generations. As to Amazon, there are many different SKUs of the same item for Amazon Devices. I’m guessing based on lot numbers - reorders. It’s possible that one was a 2018 first listed in 2021 or it could be an error on Amazon.
