Has the battery been replaced? I have this phone currently and the battery has gone kaput.
The batteries are checked and replaced if needed.
Update: to 80% capacity
I put this tool on the unit I received yesterday. Is this 36% what woot would mean should be at least 80%?
Yikes, it shouldn’t be that low for sure. Please reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Will this phone work on the boost network?

The batches of Pixels are disappointing. I tried the batch back in November and the battery was really bad. CS kindly sent out a replacement for this batch and the results are in. Still a far cry from 80%. It has to go back.
Well blast. Let me check in with the electronics team.
@ThunderThighs that’s nice of you to check with the electronics team. If it helps them any, I picked up a Open Box (not S&D) Pixel XL from here last July. With AccuBattery it reports doggone close to the actual full capacity. That gives me confidence in AccuBattery.
So I bought this phone a week or so ago for my mom and Sprint is stating that the phone is defective due to the fact that it can’t connect to the Sprint network. It keeps going to “configuring mobile network” and then it just stops and no connection. They’ve also tried with a different SIM card and still the same issue. Any suggestions?
I’m very sorry for the problem. If you don’t figure it out, reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
