hey did anyone who ordered this mower have any issue receiving it? The “delievery date” has already passed but the item is still in “preparing for shipement” phase. I tried contacting Woot directly but the phone always gets disconnected after that automated voice saying something like “keep it down back there!” or something. Now the call button is not even available. I have never had an issue with shipments from the many things I have ordered from Woot so I’m confused as to how to even reach them. Thanks for any input!

so i FINALLY get a response from woot and it was automatically cancelled… how ridiculous is that? funny how I didn’t even get a chance to request a refund or replacement and ONLY after a post and message did you guys just suddenly tell me the item is cancelled. such a terrible experience…

I’m very sorry. There was no inventory to fill the order. Amazon usually returns an error when this happens. Not sure what went wrong. Again, sincere apologies.
