So this is for heating ceramics?
Considering it’s -6*F here in New Hampshire right now, this is really tempting.
I was always afraid I’d put some papers on TOP of a space heater and start a fire, but I guess that’s not an issue with this one, is it?

our heater at work is broken… is this any good or is it just a crappy heater with a remote than probably nobody needs?

I have this, but without the remote. It was very nice. Bought it new this year at WalMArt for $35+tax
I think I’ll stick with my multiple blankets.
I bought this heater literally just today from a store for $35. I like it alot, probably the best feature is auto-shutoff when knocked over. I don’t care much for the energy saver mode (900 watts vs 1500 watts). The auto-temperature gage is nice, the heater shuts off at the right temperature.
We have one and love it! Seem a bit high priced for this late in the season but it is a great one.
Hm… this seems like a good idea, living in the northeast and all.
I’ll have to check with the family.
