Hoover windtunnel vacuums are, in our opinion, the BEST vac out there. We live in the country and have 2 hairy dogs. Easy to use, easy to empty, bagless, and that retractable cord is icing on the cake. These vacuums SUCK up everything. The Windtunnel we have is older, but it is still doing an amazing job. Might buy one of these for the other level in the house…
Arrived smelling like an ashtray and will not engage brushes with handle in proper position. Woot Customer Service doing as little as possible to rectify the problem. This is a poor deal, followed by poor service from Woot!
