I’ve been trying to return a light fixture that came with missing parts for over a month but I couldn’t return it cause woot was using an old email that I don’t have access to and I tried multiple times to change it using their email support and they keep ignoring me emails and I even tried calling their phone number (was hard to find) just for them to tell me email woot we can’t do anything
so now I can no longer return the item cause of woot horrible customer support but my account has very old information that will make it impossible to return anything
I guess my only option now is talk to my credit card company and report this as fraud

They will need to call you to update your email address and the caller won’t have an ID so be sure to answer.
Did you ever ask CS to send the return label to a different email address?
I guess you’ll need to private message me your new email address so I can pass it on.

yes I’ve emailed them multiples times explaining all this info and give them my info to call me and Ive not gotten a single call from woot
and I asked if they can send me label to my new email and they said they can’t do that for security reasons
