Love mine!! got it last time around here!
I got one in November of last year, motion sensor already died. Button to open still works but defeats the point of getting one of these. Wouldn’t recommend.
We had one in the office that a board member donated. The automatic thing ate batteries, then had the decency to die.
But the stainless steel bucket still works great! 
Not never ever getting an automatic lid can agsin.
I had this. I made the mistake of not paying attention to the fruit flies garnering. Well, they got into the electronics area and multiplied and filled it with eggs and larva. The sight and smell was horrible. I threw the top away because it was so bad. I would post pictures, but TT needs to keep her appetite as do all y’all.
Does anyone know what AC to DC power supply works with these?
