What is Woot’s return/exchange policy for sizing issues? Don’t find anything posted about this. Anyone? Thanks.

Short answer is we don’t accept returns for sizing issues. Here’s our return policy.

True! And an awesome dis. Buying clothes online is often foolish. Even when you can return them you have to pay for the privilege of trying them on. I have found, however, that Keen shoes fit “true to size” as they claim.

Not entirely accurate… I bought a pair of Keen Hiking Boots about 6 months ago, or so and LOVE them! However! I also researched them online and found many reviews that stated their sizing was off, so I ordered based on that information and got a pair that literally fit like a glove.
I agree that it’s a role of the dice to buy anything really online, but this is a good deal, if you can get the right size. If there’s a B&M store nearby that has these, you can try them on their, otherwise, do your research and make a decision.
I’m thinking I might just be in for a pair or two. One for me and one for my wife. I’ll probably buy big and if they don’t fit us, the kids will get a nice pair of new shoes for the Spring!
Hey all. A note on the return policy as it seems to be of concern.
Please understand that our business model is sell out our stock/inventory. We do not maintain ongoing inventory. We don’t take returns because we don’t have a way to resell them.
Yes, that’s a bit more difficult on clothing, shoes, etc. But we do our best to give as much information as we can get. Wooters are very good about chiming in on how things fit as well.
I delete a couple posts to get things back on track.
Soooo, how about these KEEN shoes? I know KEEN is popular with Wooters.

Did you order larger or smaller than the stated size?
Something that is bothering me is the pics of the Men’s Jackson. They are all different. The first pic shows a brown stripe on the side, the 2nd shows an olive stripe and the last pic shows a red stripe; Yet you can only select one model. What color stripe would be on the shoes if I ordered the Men’s Jackson?

You are very observant. The shoe will look like the top photos with the brownish/olive stripe. Those are accurate photos minus some shadows that alter color.
We didn’t have a tread shot for that color so pulled a different one from vendor art. It’s to show the tread, not the color of the shoe.
I wear the Jackson every day for work. Lasting much longer than the Airwalks that I was previously buying, along with more comfortable. I can say that this model fits true to size. Not sure about any others since I haven’t tried them. If woot! was offering the grey/blue version, I’d be getting a couple more pairs. These just don’t match my work outfit.
6PM.com (Zappos clearance site) has these exact shoes for $56.99. Free shipping and returns allowed (but not free) means I’m headed over there.
Sorry Woot!

You deleted at least one post that would have helped me make a buying decision. Why so trigger happy lately?
