What is the serial number of these? I tried twice to order these and the serial numbers were B011 and they only had WiFi capabilities, no 3G (B00F). Can you confirm the serial number prefix?

Unfortunately my Kindle is WiFi only. Bought it for an older family member with no internet. It’s a shame, the Kindle is in real good condition for the price.
