I picked up a couple of the LifeCharge powerbanks last year. Initially they worked great, but after 3 months they would never reflect a full charge on the display. Had to junk them after a year of light use. If it was only one of them I would chalk it up to a bad “egg” but both?
Yep, I’ve tried a few different “brands” but I have found ANKER’s cables and solar chargers are best bang for the buck, but for portable battery packs, RAVPower gets my thumbs up. I put RAVPowers 10050mAh power packs in my emergency bags (they will charge ANYTHING over the usb cable, and they come with two) and they hold their charge. I just pulled one out of an emergency bag that had not been topped off since last Nov. It still fully charged. Wife used it on a trip because she didn’t want to take the 26kmAh brick we take on trips.
Ravpower 10050mAh Nice and small, about the size of a deck of cards and it has a light
I have bought every battery pack on woot, by far the only one I can depend on was the ANKER battery packs, I still have the one purchased in 2011, got a newer2 years ago, all others, die, stop charging, or stop working all together.
