I bought the Cuisinart propane smoker from Woot earlier this year and make my own. Easy peasy 
Interesting how this is sold out on their site, as are many other items.
The ingredient list is vastly different on their website.
Wagyu Beef Jerky — Steak Jerky | Lone Mountain Wagyu
Ingredients: Wagyu Beef, Water, Salt, Cane, Brown & Maple Sugar (100% Maple Syrup), Sodium Nitrite, Less than 2% Glycerin added to prevent caking, Pepper, Spices, Garlic Powder, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Sodium Benzoate [less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative]). Contains soy and wheat.

Smoked propane is gross
It’s an acquired taste
