Yes, before anyone asks, they both have HDMI. One has two HDMI inputs, the other has 3.

Would there be much of a diffrence in quality on these two? Or are they both going to be about the same quality? THe only diffrence I see between the two is the number of HDMI Ports, and the Energy Start compliance

If you are using it as a computer monitor you can.
A word of caution, if these are manufactured by Funai (who makes most of whats left of Magnavox) then if your refurb is broken good luck getting warranty work done… They are really hard to get to and sometimes you have to ship your TV overseas.
