I got my redemption code or serial number today for Office for Mac.
I followed the provided link, logged into my Microsoft account and entered the redemption code.
The code did not work. I have asked for a refund since I do not want to waste a lot of time troubleshooting a bad redemption code.
If you order this product, I strongly suggest trying the code ASAP to make sure it works.

Same thing for me! I emailed but haven’t been able to call yet.
So I called and they said to buy from A different vendor because they ran out of stock (what?). They emailed me with a refund because they couldn’t give me a new code but told me to buy it again because they are still selling it (makes zero sense). So I bought it again (fool me twice). Any bets on whether I get another bogus code?
Make sure you have MacOS 11 or newer. Didn’t see anything in the documentation that stated OS requirements. Woot did refund my purchase since I couldn’t install it.
My code doesn’t work either. What’s up with that?

Talked/Talking with Woot customer service, they are going to send me a new code as they think that I got sent a code for a PC version, not Mac version.

So what was their reason in giving you an immediate refund vs the answer I received saying that I’ll get a new code in 1-2 business days?
It depends on the rep and if they paid attention to the instructions they were given. The CS manager is working on this.

I received my redemption code today for Office for Mac and followed the instructions. The key isn’t recognized as a valid key. I’m still waiting for a response from Woot Customer Service.

I received my replacement key and it worked!!! Anyone who is having trouble should CALL Woot Customer Support as they helped me get a working key!
I asked for a refund since I didn’t want to waste any more time on it.

I am still trying to get a refund, since my MAC version key didn’t work, no luck yet.
CALL customer support. They will help you get a new key.
My code didn’t work, either. I called Woot! customer service as others have advised. The only option I was given was a refund, which I accepted, obviously. Disappointing, Woot!
