Getting a token not found error when trying to redeem

Just a heads up to anyone who purchases these. There’s a reasonable chance you won’t be able to reinstall. If you look at past comments you will see people with issues. I was going to try to move my license to another computer, but can’t so I am purchasing a second copy. I will just need to make sure to do a backup on the other PC in case it ever fails.
That being said, $35 is a decent price to have to pay for that considering the full retail price.
I believe you have to contact Microsoft to remove the key from the current computer so I can be installed on another.
Reading the product info, it appears to be tied to the computer, not the hardware. I tried calling them and using the automated process and it still failed. I plan to wipe that PC as some point, so maybe when I reload it, I will see if it works on that one.
For $35, I can’t complain (much 
) and the new license activated fine on this new PC.
i would be very careful buying this product from Woot.
I tried to install my office today. It didn’t work. This is what microsoft said:
MSDN is a product key which is used for developers, ideally the retailer should not sell this key to customer.
There is a limitation for the product key to activate office 2021 for MSDN key
Thats the reason the office key is blocked for the activation.
so it seems to me that I was scammed by Woot or whoever woot bought this product from.

You do have to follow the instructions like TT said. Did you use the image file from the link in the instructions?
i tried this and it didn’t work. then i called microsoft and they said basically it’s a scam. this is a retail key and the retailer sells the key to numerous people.
but i will try again if Woot won’t give me my money back.
surprised that Amazon would sell a product like this if microsoft is telling the truth.
