How to Install Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and More

Below are the instructions to download and install Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Office. Click on the one you are installing:

If you have any issues with your product key, please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.


:warning: If the key doesn’t work via copy/paste, please try entering it manually via the keyboard.


Microsoft Windows 10 Home or Pro

Go to this link and follow the directions and use the product key sent as the tracking number for your Woot! order.

Microsoft Windows 11 Home or Pro

Go to this link and follow the directions and use the product key sent as the tracking number for your Woot! order.

Microsoft Office for Windows

  1. Download the software from here.
    You may need to copy the link and paste it into your browser’s address bar.

  2. Once the download is complete, right-click on the file and choose “Mount”. It will show up as a new disk drive on your computer.

  3. Navigate to that disk drive and double click on setup.exe to start the installation.

  4. After the installation is complete, Run WORD (not Office 365) and enter the product key when prompted.

  5. When done, right-click on the drive that was created in step 2 via File Explorer and choose “Unmount” or “Eject”.

Microsoft Office for Mac

Go to this link and follow the directions and use the product key sent as the tracking number for your Woot! order. For more instructions, see this page.

Microsoft Project for Windows

  1. Download the software from here.
    You may need to copy the link and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
