After clicking link to get Office Professional 2021, it is unclear what is next large file ending with .img. How do I install on laptop using code that I received?
Large file is named ProPlus2021Retail (4).img. How do I use this to install the S/W?

I use WinCDEmu portable for machines that don’t have the img mounting software included. (you could likely double click the img file and it will mount)
Good luck - hopefully you don’t get ripped off like I did. Purchased half a dozen licenses from Woot last August(2023) and just got around to upgrading to new office this month (Feb. 2024) . Not one of the keys are valid according to Microsoft. So basically my investment was STOLEN. I sent a email regarding this to customer service… crickets. Not one reply. So I guess I should see if my credit card will reverse the charges.
I think Woot is just ripping people off! I purchased Office Pro 2021 and received a “download code”. Only one problem…There’s no way to actually download the freaking software. Back and for with customer service and they are useless. Repeating the same garbage info, and providing the same exact download instructions that do not work!

Perhaps Woot staff could provide customer service with the above link, which might be helpful in reducing the volume of these kinds of threads… or, if fulfillment could figure out a way to include the information at time of delivery of the “tracking number”/key.
