Purchased this just less than the 2yr warranty ago. (mid April)
Having a 2yr warranty is great… Having to pay the shipping back of cart and pay shipping of replacement back to you costs more than purchase and makes it less than useless. Especially with no use of cart
On assembly I noticed a small rough area on bottom of frame that Runs long ways couldn’t see much - like a tiny knick - and figured it would be fine.
Tried to Moved a small mini-split condensor with no charge and no other parts (entire system charged with all parts and shipping materials and box weighs 118lbs and this was the heaviest part but another part that adds up to that 118lbs weighs about 20lbs so it’s less than 100lbs attempted moving with it spread lengthwise on cart)
Moved it almost no distance on grass and loud crack noise - moved more and noticed it was harder to move and now trailer sagged.
That small split turned into huge crack.
I don’t remember why I had trouble (didn’t get ahold of anyone on phone… Didn’t get ahold of anyone when I tried)
I did post in a few following sales (several months after purchase… and now about a year and a half ago.) when rep was responding to people’s questions - never got response for my problem
Put in what was to be temp turned into longtime storage…
Would very much like to hear a solution that doesn’t involve paying to send back a huge box to get a replacement…
Photos seem way more than appropriate to me.
This is the first MMC has heard of this problem. Looks like you may have received a defective front or rear fame. All we need to know is which one, and an address, and we will ship it out with one end cap for free. We absolutely warranty our main cart and frames. Please call 888-730-2278, for support.

No Photos, just tell us which frame and we will ship one out at no charge, and you should NEVER have this problem again!
I purchased this cart in 2013, actually the whole wagon but, this is the part I use. I love it. It sits in the Florida sun and has not become brittle. It’s been through a hurricane and I suspect it was under salt water. I can still adjust the length but will not lock into place, understandably the little spring got rusted. If I needed a new cart, I would buy this in a flash!
I appreciate this
Seemed very nice and love the made in America. Look forward to see what it will do.
I haven’t been able to retrieve from storage yet hope to in next couple days to figure exactly which piece.
I put it away after failed contact attempts and purchased the biggest 1500lbs plastic gorilla cart as I had experience with a metal one that died a while before purchasing yours also know many people with the small plastic gorillas.
I will look forward to using yours again as most of the stuff I need a cart for is moving light stuff around yard or houses and yours is very lightweight, easy to move and store. The gorilla cart is none of these and is neither easy nor fun for regular use.
It’s the front half of platform - crack is about 12" from side with handle. There is also a crack on the shaft of piece of handle you hold that I didn’t notice before. Also it’s been in a non conditioned storage unit that did not flood in hurricane yet there is somehow fluid in all the wheels. I can only presume due to humidity?? Very odd. I don’t see any holes in w
wheels to let fluid out/in though didn’t investigate too much yet. I just turned wheels and shook whole cart in various orientations to see if anything came out - did not. I thought they were some sort of solid plastic with rubber traction pads - guess not.
