I don’t know if anyone else had this problem, but when I received my package of these, I totally, totally lost it.
The package was TOTALLY destroyed by water damage. How could this have happened when it was in a plastic bag when I received it? So if there was no damage to the bag; that meant that the item had to be SHIPPED like this. I mean literally placed in the bag with all this damage because there was no holes or damage of ANY KIND to the bag at all, so where ELSE could it have come from??
This is the only way that I’m aware of to complain to WOOT, so if anyone can point e in the right direction as to where or what the proper channels are to get something done about this, PLEASE don’t hold back…enlighten me. And thank you for letting me vent, so to speak, bc of right this minute; I’m totally finished with WOOT.
