Is anyone else bothered by the concept of a vendor rep coming into Woot chatter threads to shill a product, especially to dispute comments by people who actually own it?

He’s not shilling. He’s answer questions and providing photos as requested.

We encourage our vendors to interact with customers.


I was referring to the other thread, where he argued with multiple people about ability to accommodate a 17" laptop.

Is there a reason such photos can’t be added to the listing itself?

I’ve asked for photos. The vendor supplies the photos in most cases. Product quality photos haven’t been survived.

Do these have a brand name? What are they made of, especially the outer shell. The interiors don’t appear to be made of materials that will be very durable.

Why are style choices listed as though they were separate color choices?

These keep showing up as new in the horrible app…
So the photo says galaxy
So they are galaxy by hervic about $20-$25 regular Amazon price
And no not a brand name


Is there a model/s that does not have a padded compartment? I am looking to use as an overnight/weekend bag no will not be transporting a device.

Got one. You can easily pull out the galaxy logo. What you see on the image below is what’s underneath glued on.
Material quality is pretty good. Nothing feels too cheap. Probably the brand swiss gear buys from the same manufacturer(swiss gear logo is slightly different)

I purchased one of these on Feb. 10 for my high school student. One of the zippers already broke.

Well, I’m in for 2. Will report back in 2-3 weeks (estimated shipping seemed a little… ‘slow’). Anyway, wont be the worst thing I got from woot even if these suck. :wink: I’m trained at disappointment!
