Description for High Sierra backpack is 15 inch, however the detail photo shows the tag stating 17" computer. Can someone verify? I’d like to purchase depending on the size.
Can’t comment on the proper size, but I have one of these from Costco.
It is MASSIVE. It holds everything plus the kitchen sink. I’ve lost things in this bag, purchased replacements, and then found what I was looking for (hah!). I believe I have the 17inch version, and it fits a very thick Clevo P150EM with ease. I’ve actually had that plus another 14 inch laptop in there without a ton of hassle.
I’ve taken it to nearly every state in the continental US, and it holds up just fine. I’ve gotten comments on it as well (weird). Pretty comfy to wear during long hauls through airports.
So, just my 2 cents.
Talk about confusing specs on the Benchmade. The title is Benchmade 580/583 Barrage. The picture shows a 583S Barrage. The description says drop point, while the picture is a Tanto (serrated). Three different models represented here. Which one is it? Or is it just random? Heck of a price, regardless of the model, however.
Dear Woot,
Thanks for once again screwing the pooch with your details. I would have purchased the High Sierra backpack if anyone from woot would have responded to my comment asking for size and/or my email to support. Now the item is sold out. Get your act together. Maybe posting 90 some odd deals every day is too cumbersome and you have overextended yourself. I don’t usually complain but this one really ticked me off. I’m probably retiring from woot purchases at this point. If you can’t properly list an item for sale with ACCURATE specs, you can get your revenue from some other sucker. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Constant issues with mix-ups in details (this backpack, the g-shock watch listed with wrong model number, endless woot plus sales showing an item in the header that isn’t even for sale). Lax response time to support emails, etc. Adios.
wvutkep1002: Sorry for the problem. We were selling off remaining stock of that item and didn’t have many to sell.
I have sent your question on though in case we should get more in stock so we can eliminate the confusion.
Awww shucks I wish I had gotten in on that XXL jersey!
Finally a racquetball item! But unfortunately it’s not any kind of deal. Amazon has it for $60 and RacquetWorld for $45.
yeah me too. I did get a couple of the lebron james jerseys though.
I remember one of these skateboards being the cause of many, many, scrapes and scabs. I doubt if I could stay on one more than half a foot now.
I know it clearly says “Left Hand Throw” but two of three pictures of the First Base Glove show the right hand throw.
And here I was looking to score a sweet pair of checkerboard Vans, but Woot you’ve mislead me again!
“The end result was that our variable costs quadrupled. We used to be able to sell 50,000-100,000 items per day at a lower price point, but now we can’t profitably sell items under $10 because the variable cost for shipping got too high.”
Hey WOOT!! Awesome to see alpine gear on sale. Sadly, you are selling only one style but show 2 different styles in the pictures. The verbage is for the strap crampon, but one of the pictures is for the Black Diamond Contact Clip version (the top and primary picture). You might want to remove that picture to prevent angry crampon throwing mountaineers!
Thanks for the note. I’ll let them know!
