So I received my Apple Watch Series 7 (New) this evening. When I tried to boot the watch to connect to my iPhone, it would not turn on! It would start at the Apple logo, then suddenly die. I have attached a video below that shows this. Please send a replacement through warranty! I have checked the warranty policies and noticed that my product is supported with a Woot 1-year warranty. Please find a solution/replacement for this watch. I am truly upset that my watch is not able to boot up. I sold my Apple Watch yesterday, too, so I am left with nothing to wear. Please provide a supporting response! I Am very dissapointed in the watch not being to work. I wanted to gift it for my father’s birthday! But it came broken when he opened it. I am very humilitated that this watch is not able to perform up to it’s “New” quality…
You need to contact woot support directly about this via the orders page, as they do not frequent the forums.

Great, thank you!
Also, make sure you give it a good overnight charge. It sometimes takes that long to “wake” the battery.
I tried, now it won’t even show the apple logo. It also sparked a bit too. The metal encasement is different now too…
Hinged?
Regardless, best to reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

I’m encountering the same problem. I’ve left it plugged in now for over 30h and I’m still getting the white apple logo then yellow apple logo then black screen reboot loop.
I’ve swapped different chargers to ensure that power is being outputted to the apple watch and it isn’t a problem with the apple charger, the power brick, etc; I’ve swapped to an anker 27,500 portable power bank that is able to show live Wattage, Amperage, and voltage of whatever is plugged into the powerbank. I can confirm that the apple watch is receiving charge, around 1.5 watts out of the 20 fast charging wattage maximum.
However, I’m pretty sure the charge isn’t being retained by the battery because it has been so long since the battery was last charged (retailed in 2021, manufactured date i don’t know but they charge the battery up to 50% or so for longterm storage), that the intrinsic battery properties have degraded and may no longer be able to hold any charge.
Understood. Please reach out to customer service as noted above. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I bought the same exact watch which arrived today, June 2nd. Unfortunately, I’m having the same issues. The watch consistently goes through a loop cycle which consists of white apple logo to a red/orange logo, then black screen. I’ve charged it for hours to no avail. Frustrating when they advertised the watch as being “new”. I thought I would not encounter this type of issues. I should have read the forums prior to purchasing. Seems to be a common occurrence. I’ve reached out to customer service so hoping for some resolution.
Same, hope they give you a positive response!
The only problem now is that they can’t do any replacements anymore. Because the watch is out of stock. I think the best course of action is to return it and look for a better deal elsewhere…
Also, try contacting their phone number: +1 (888) 283-1913. They respond faster this way. Email takes a couple days for response.
