:SMOOCH:
The “too high” comments crack me up. RTFM! The fill in these is made to move around so you can purposefully make low and high spots in the pillow to adjust it to your height preferences.
I personally love these style of pillows. I use a similar one, different brand, but this is a good price so highly recommended.
“A” pillow? Did you not read the blurb? It’s TWO pillows.
I have solid latex foam pillows purchased from JCPennys back in the 80’s and wash them every so often but they are starting to disintegrate and I can’t find quality replacements.
My old pillows are made of very dense latex and pinholes in them to let the heat escape and aren’t as high as what’s currently available on the market. The latex pillows manufactured today seem to have extra air mixed into the latex itself and these pillows force your head to tilt at an extreme angle if you’re a person who sleeps on their back.
It seems like every solid latex pillow out there that has the pinholes drilled through them are designed for someone with a 16 lb. bowling ball for a head. My head isn’t that heavy and can’t compress those lofty solid latex pillows.
I thought about getting these but after reading the comments and doing a bit of research I’d never purchase any product from this despicable human being.
My search will continue.
Wish this came up sooner, we picked some of these up a few weeks ago and we LOVE them. My wife has had neck pain we’ve tried several kinds of pillows that we could get from various local places and these ones were the winner. They seem to be more comfortable in various positions compared to some other ones that would only work out one day.
I bought 2 of the King/Green(firm) pillows last time they were on Woot. I won’t call it a life-changing experience, but I’m really happy with MyPillow.
I had been using a super-dense gel foam pillow with another completely flat down/alt pillow underneath for extra height. It worked good for side sleeping, but if I ended up on my back, I’d have a neck/head ache that I’d equate to having slept on a cinderblock. The MyPillow can be fluffed up high enough to work for side-sleeping, but if I do turn over to my back, enough of the filling moves around to keep my head level.
The wife took a little longer to adjust to hers, but same story once she got used to it.
If anything, it’s nice having a single functional king-sized pillow on the king-sized bed, vs digging out a bunch of queen pillows and tossing off the decorative Kohl’s down-alt neck destroyers every night.
While I will normally agree to this statement, this situation is different. The difference between the firmness & loft of these pillows is by the amount of fill enclosed. The “firm” version has way more fill, so it is a lot harder to fluff the pillow to a more comfortable height. I’m trialing both firmness versions of this brand pillow now, and I’m tending to agree, since the re-positioning fluffage tends to mostly occur when being 1/2 asleep.
I have to say, whoever edited the Wikipedia entry for My Pillow is a real scamp Gave me a good chuckle this morning.
I was on the fence about these until I read some of these comments, realized that Mike supports America. In for 2. Thanks.
:BEAMS:
Politics aside, and math aside: It is for 2 (two) pillows. I use to buy a new pillow every 6 months or so. Nearly 5 years now and they feel like new when we wash them as needed. The savings are big, as is the great sleep I get vs 99% of other pillows. Just sayin’: $20x10 > $25×1, ya know (savings based on my use so far. My savings continue to grow every day these My Pillows remain comfortable and useable)
WOOT!
I know… not very original. But:
WOOT WOOT WOOT
MyPillow uses the standard for queen size.
Hey Nargg, it may crack you up, but I’ve USED THESE PILLOWS DONK, I know how they feel on my head & Neck. THE FOOTBALL SHAPED PILLOWS DO NOT WORK FOR ME. So, ya got it, they’re too doggone lofty and high. Cool?
I’ll toss in my two cents. I bought the King Lavender Firm last time.
I was already looking at pillows and had different ones in my cart on Amazon that were double the price. I decided to give these a try.
I was concerned about getting firm but that’s what they suggested for side sleepers. I was worried it would be hard.
I put them in the dryer like they said and they fluffed up to about a foot tall. :meh:
But once in a pillowcase, they tamed down. Gotta say, I love these things.
I can lay on my side without having to put my arm under my head. I love not waking up with a dead arm! It’s not hard at all. It’s just flat out comfy.
When they start to get flat, I just push and pull them like an accordion both ways and they’re ready to go again.
I have no regrets on my purchase.
“despicable human being?”
I’m so sorry for you. it must be hard to be you. My church will pray for you, OK?
I like mine
I requested 2 of these for my Christmas present and I like them. I got the Premium version with the white version of filling.
I am sleeping better and I am a side sleeper. I have neck issues and the pillow does adjust to the right amount of support like the commercial states.
I do like that these are Made in America and have a 10 yr warranty via the website…not sure about the Woot warranty.
Tempted to get these and put the other ones away for backup or for travel.
Do they come with that guy’s mustache hairs on them? Asking for a friend.

We bought 2 of the original version last year. Not only did they increase my pain and cause me to have less sleep, but their return policy was horrible. We did buy them direct from mypillow, so maybe it would be a better return experience with Woot! / Amazon?!
