Got mine today. I guess it could be worse but my charging cable is garbage. Doesn’t even plug into the laptop.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I received what was advertised. It’s my fault for not shopping around, and I’m just going to hook it up to my big screen TV for streaming and internet shopping anyway. I overpaid, but it will do everything I need it it to.

That’s rough! The one I got uses a USB type C cable. Did you at least get above minimum specs? Does the computer itself look to be like new?

i5-10310U CPU
16 GB RAM
256 GB NVMe
14" Display

It’s working, lol!
Running through updates.
Exterior is nice and clean.

Opinions, worth while, or no?

Also, can anything be upgraded (ram, storage)?

If you like it, scope out the price of a new cable on the mothership and ask CS to refund that amount.
