are these guaranteed pristine and eligible for Apple Care?
Based upon the listed Features it would appear that these Mystery Laptops are PC/Windows OS devices.
Genuine Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit OS

I’d discourage people from taking the risk. I got a good laptop, but it was close to the minimum advertised specs, and was available with better specs on Amazon for a lower price. I think only one person in the sale I purchased from posted they got one that was worth the price.
Mystery Laptops - $219.99-$239.99 - Free shipping for Prime members
The whole point of mystery laptops is to sell cheaper laptops for higher prices while allowing a few people to get a better laptop at a good price. The odds aren’t in your favor.
I’m only here for the comments
But I was told the odds are ever in my favor.
Sorry, not feeling like playing laptop roulette today.
I will say, the last time I picked up a laptop from one of these sales, I got lucky and received near the max specs on everything but the processor. I was able to upgrade it to Windows 11 and gave it to my mom to replace her old HP laptop that had recently died. It worked out well for all involved.
That said, you’re definitely gambling here. You might get lucky like I did, or you might not. Caveat emptor.
If they were sub $200, then maybe. Otherwise, as many have said before, with a little bit of research one can remove the risks and guarantee that you know exactly what you are buying and often with better specs, better warranties, and at lower prices.
IMHO, at these prices, these Woot Mystery Deals are strictly for those who like to gamble with their hard-earned dollars. For many, it’s a sucker’s bet, but to each their own.

For comparison purposes only…
Just one example of what’s available if one looks around:
Dell Latitude 5421 14" Laptop Intel Core i5-11500H 16GB 512GB Windows 10 Pro with free upgrade

For me, (Apple Blood) I just need a replaecment for the PC I built 7 years ago (no TPM 2.0) so I can run Win 11. I don’t need speed (but it’s appreciated) and I only use it a couple times a week for pretty basic things. I way overbuilt the one I have and it was a waster of $$$ given the useage. Laptop is a plus, and I could care less about brand… just needs to boot when I need it. I have no problem rolling the proverbial dice at this price point… so here we go… Woot don’t fail me now…
That really shouldn’t be the purpose of a mystery item like this. It should be just to get rid of overstock. It should all be a good deal for the money, you just don’t have a choice on the specific product.
That’s the main reason I’ve never gotten a mystery laptop from Woot. It just doesn’t present good value at all. You’re supposed to get a superior price by giving up the choice, and here you don’t the majority of the time.
This one is just plain dumb. Woot isn’t supposed to be a gambling website, is it?
Anyone gullible enough to take this bait…SMH
The last time i gambled on one of these woot mystery laptops, I received a low spec, poor conditon laptop with a loose screen hinge that bluescreens and half the time the network card doesnt detect. Ill pass on another gamble
The three-card monte of technology buying…
Boot into the Pre-boot environment at install and disable the TPM check via registry key… or use a USB image via Rufus that does the same thing.
