unless you have specific needs for Intel, I think the Apple Silicon Macs are the future

If you happen to still want the last Intel CPU MBP 13, this is the one to get. I need to run BootCamp and the Apple Silicon M1/M2 currently can’t do this, only Software Virtualization is available.

On the Apple’s Store, this is going for $1380 refurb.

Bad battery, does not charge, no Apple warranty.

Did you try registering the Macbook. that often initiates the warranty.

If that doesn’t work, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

I have contacted Apple support, and they have indicated that this serial number had already been registered, and that the product no longer has warranty or support. So this is not a new product. I will request for full refund.

Unfortunately I also purchased a “new” MacBook (Christmas gift for my son) which would not charge. We took it to the Apple Store and they told us the computer had been purchased 9/2021 and was no longer under warranty. Still waiting for response from Woot support to my email of 2 days ago requesting refund and a return label.

Things are slightly backlogged due to the holiday season. :confused:

Well it has now been one week since I first emailed support, and have still not received a response. It says under the order “return status created” and lists an RMA number, but if I click on the link to view/download return label it just takes me to a page that says " Your return instructions will be emailed to you shortly!"

Look for an email from UPS for the RMA label. Let me know if you find it.

I returned the computer to Woot and it was received by them on January 9 2023. I still have not received my refund.
