I ordered this controller when it said ‘xbox/PC/switch’. I bought it and they sent me the ‘Switch/android/PC’ version. I have emailed customer support 3 times trying to get an exchange, but haven’t heard from them. I verified my email was correct in woot since I used Amazon to pay, so I’m just waiting here hoping they don’t sell out before I can get an exchange since there is no other way to reach customer support besides email.

  1. Has it been at least 24 hours since you contacted then? Keep in mind that things might be delayed because of the birthday event, as well as the holiday this past Monday.

Hi there. Sorry for the problems. Your tickets were marked by different reps as duplicates. Best to email once and wait.

They tried to do a replacement for you but we’re having problems getting replacements shipped out of Amazon warehouses. We’ve got a ticket opened to them but no luck so far. You’ll likely have to be refunded.

Bought this thing and it’s great for the price. Definitely feels like $20. Doesn’t have the weight and feel of the official controllers.

I’ve used 8bitdo stuff in the past so I expect it will perform just as well as my other controllers.

The one thing I don’t like and it’s a pretty big one … the way the “prong” part of the hand grips go straight down instead of slightly outwards like the official Xbox and PS controllers is a really bad design.

The officially controllers do that because it provides a natural soft resistance to your hands pressing inwards towards the controller when using it. The slight angle provides outwards resistance meaning it stays in place.

With the prongs facing down… when using it the controller wants to basically squeeze down and out of your grip.

I mean it’s $20 so Imma use it. But it does cement that I’ll never buy a controller with just straight down grips anymore!

Less than 2 months, the left stick has problem. In the game character is moving by itself to down side.
