Q re: The pagoda :
I can’t see all the legs. Is one of them all sisal. I can see that just a little of one leg is. Wondering if one goes all up or at least halfway or something.

Both of the legs are sisal rope on the bottom part only

Thanks for that great link you can also see the Cat Playstation from that link. But whats real cool is the media section one photo has 4-5 Cat Playstaions and other product 10 minutes after the deliver was made. Just set them by the front door and 5-6 cat were on each one. The person had over 100 cat where it was delivered too( A cat rescue).

Robert: Have loved your cat trees & condos for years! Glad to see them assembled and super affordable on Woot!. Clarification: the Cat Playstation in the listing is beige, but we are actually purchasing the brown version, right? Also, is it possible to remove the ladder from the Cat Pagoda? The additional floor space needed to accommodate the ladder is a deal breaker. Thanks! Love you cat products!

Thanks for your continued support.

The playstaion is darker than the photo shows but defiantly not a dark chocolate brown. I would just say its a medium brown. It hard to get a good color representation to come through with different computer resolution.

The ladder and the only part comes un-installed because it is difficult to ship installed. Good news is it is easy to install and can be put anywhere you want (front-sides-rear on not installed) and takes 4 screws to by put in and they are supplied and pre-drilled. It take about 3 minutes to install

Hi, I am a crazy cat lady with 5 (soon to be 6) cats. 2 of them are close to 20 pounds. I have been researching cat condos and found most too small to hold them. Yours does seem to be able to accommodate them, but I would like your assurance that once one of them wiggles into one of the enclosures they will be able to get out on their on. Thanks, kathryn

Yes this will be big enough and sturdy enough for big cats and can take a few of them on the furniture at the same time no worries

Great products. To pull the plug and order need to know the heights of each level. Specs give the total height and various dimensions, but what is important to us is placing it by a window, and knowing which levels let the cats see out the window, where that line is (and since window heights vary, would need to know all the levels). If possible, that would be great!

How well does the carpet hold up to cats scratching it? Our house is full o carpet from the current cat condos (another brand) and it is very annoying. Don’t mind a few here and there, but we are talking hundreds of carpet fibers a week.

I bought the playstation a month or so ago for my grandkitty. She LOVES it! This is a very well built cat tree, and very sturdy. It weighs quite a bit and is not tippy at all, very stable. I arrived here in one piece, believe it or not. I looked outside and there was a box the size of a refrigerator on my porch! WOW! Nice not to have to assemble anything. Thanks for such a great product! This is a real buy, I paid $130 for mine and I thought I got a deal!
