I e returned 2 pairs for faulty noise cancellation. I tried taking a pair to the shop, but they couldn’t reproduce the problem I was experiencing, so you know they aren’t going to fix a problem they can’t find. It’s tempting at this price. I’m an Apple investor and an Android user. I really want to like these, but I’ll stick with my Soundcore Q35 for now.

You’re referencing the Solo3 @$119. These are the Studio3 which both WallyWorld & The Mothership sell @ $159.

Just got mine. Came with a red stain on the head cushion, some type of plastic wedge in the creases, too small to pull out/ scoop out to remove,and some type of bubbling smaller than a finger nail but still noticeable in the body. So dolefinitely doesn’t qualify a “new” labeling.
