No response from Woot Customer Service

Been trying to get a hold of Woot for the last 24 hours. Used the ”I need help” system and tried calling as well. Also sent an email directly to support@woot.com.

  • No email confirmations that any of my submissions and emails were received
  • No email responses received (I 100% checked my spam and junk mail and have nothing from Woot)
  • Calling the number puts me on hold, then someone “picks up” but it’s just sounds of wind. This happened >10x times
  • I got a phone call from the Woot number but missed it and called back immediately and also got the wind noise

This is in regards to my package being “delivered” and signed by somebody that does not exist here. I am pretty sure the delivery went to the wrong house, as my security systems did not see a delivery truck all day on my street. Trying to get this resolved in a timely manner.

Does anyone have any other idea how to reach Woot?

Sorry about the lost package :frowning: . In my (limited) experience they don’t send confirmation emails but they’ve never not gotten back to me within a few days and do their best to make things right so you probably just need to be patient. Good luck!
