Where is this 4th salt you speak of.
[/quote]
From the main page…
French Garden Sea Salt
French Provencal Sea Salt
French Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
French Grey Sea Salt
I hear ya…can’t believe I waited too long. That won’t happen again!
Salt is putting me to sleep. Night niht woot. Please no Mandolina while I am snoozing…
Got this last time it was wooted. Used the provencal to brine pork, the garden blend on a steak, and the fleur de sel is PERFECT on ripe tomatoes.
and sprinkle a few on mine for the same reason if you would…ouch…
Heres to the wootoff… may we all find that magic bottle (or multiple cases) that we have been looking for!
I toast the woot cellars (and sellers) as I TRY-A-SIP-A-DIS of Triacipedis and the Minotaur’s Chalice
Now everyone buy some of this salt so we can get some vino up!!!
Please buy the salt (I can’t) so I can go to bed after the next offering!!
Ahhh, yes. Just put #2 in the grave.

The wife and I cracked our first bottle of Triacipedis tonight as well…regretting buying only 6 bottles. Not the biggest white fan but a very nice summer wine.

Mine came today (w/ 4 bottles of 2005). Opened a 2003. Very nice with ravioli florentine.
Hmmmm this might not of been a good idea
I get sleepy faster when I drink this late.
Must…stay…up
Speaking of salt- here’s a terrific book on world history with regards to the impact of salt. I got it as an audiobook to listen for my 12 hour drive back home for Christmas break (from college), and when I got to my house I sat in the driveway for another 10 minutes to finish the chapter. It’s really well written and extremely fascinating, and I’m not even remotely a history buff.
If you missed the link up top, the book is “Salt:A World History” by Mark Kurlansky. You can now return to mashing f5 in the hope this salt will magically disappear like that magnum of cab earlier…
Am I the only one who thinks that this is the worst wine wootoff ever? By a mile?
sooo clooosee
Patience…its obviously going a 2nd day…I’ve already been in for 2 items.
