Timing is bad, yes. These salamis are excellent (if you’re into the real thing, as they are very innoculated which may put off some people used to the processed kind. Just remove the rind.) We do Paleo here, so my cave man would be in my good graces if he bought these for me, late or no. Better than carbs! Going to buy these for myself and share.
