I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my packages to arrive. When they didn’t arrive by the estimated arrival date, I checked my Woot account to find my order was denied the same day I ordered it, and I was never notified. After further research about Woot, I’ve found this is a common issue. I was extremely excited to receive my purchases only to be disappointed by horrible customer service. I can go to a brick and mortar today and get a computer, after all, I’ve been waiting 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Won’t use or recommend Woot in the future. You guys suck! Amazon sucks too!

Hi there. I’m sorry for the frustration. It’s true, we do not email about denied payments. There’s a lot of naughty people out there and we really don’t want to give them any more info.
The payment security checks usually happen almost instantly. There are a few cases when something gets backed up and it can take a couple hours.
Again, sorry for the frustration. If you decide to try again, make sure your billing address matches that of your payment source. That’s a common cause.
I just recently had this problem. Turns out (after the third email) they don’t take Paypal anymore. No notification, no heads up in the cart, just “denied”.
I don’t want my Woot! orders coming out of the same account as my Amazon orders. Don’t know when I will think about ordering from Woot! again.
Hi there. We actually discontinued PayPal back in 2013 but you could still use it if it was already set up on your account. However, once you change your payment settings, that ends.
Bitcoin? How about bitcoin? I am thinking of switching entirely.

What a crock. Very disappointing.
I received my Pyle portable pa speaker and it is damaged and suppose to work without being plugged in as well as come with a micro phone. It did not come with microphone and it came with a broken when and battery won’t charge to make it work as supposed to. I’ve emailed woot and Amazon with no luck. Please help me
