C’MON @scurrutia! Be patient. We’re not Amazon. It’s shipping out of our own DAL warehouse which runs on a small staff. It hasn’t even approached it’s ship date and not near it’s estimated delivery date.
@ThunderThighs can you at least enlighten me where the ‘ship date’ is? I literally see this nowhere on the order page for this item. Are you making up facts? Or can you post a screenshot so you can also enlighten your future buyers.
The more facts, the merrier. I only see an order date, an arrival date, and ‘preparing for shipment’
Also it has never taken this long for an item to ship out.

It would have been shown when you were ordering.
If you go to Stuff you Bought and click to see order details, you should see an estimate delivery date on that page.
Also, I’m not positive that warehouse has been able to work the last two days as we had below freezing temps and I heard the heat went out in the building.
CS will be ready to help, usually sooner than I expect. My most recent contact this week. Order of disposable gloves,1,000 was ordered 1.8.24. My surprise as I looked at shipping info.:
Contacted carrier 1.2 to pick up. Was hand delivered to customer 1.5.24 Completed!!!
CS working out if I want refund or find item for me, let them know.
