unless i did the math wrong $40+ lb. for something I haven’t ever had is a bit rich. Plus, shiitakes give you gas…bad.

They sell those Snakyard mushrooms at Costco. They’re really good. I’m guessing the msg makes them so yummy. We’ve gone through like 5 or 6 big bags already. Don’t remember the cost, but it’s likely half the price of amazon.
I’m curious to try these, but they are a bit pricy. Alternative jerkies usually are. I just tried the Shrooms brand of mushroom jerky which I found at grocery outlet for $1.99 and they likely could have fooled me in a blindfolded test. Taste and texture was just like a soft beef jerky.
