Hello Community and woot Representatives,
I find myself in need of assistance. It’s now been 10 days since the tracking system confirmed the delivery of my returned item back to your facility yet my account still hasn’t been credited with the due refund.
My attempts to resolve this have led to around 5 email exchanges with Customer Service, but my most recent messages are being met with silence. This level of service is not only disappointing but also highly inconvenient.
I am hoping to bring this to the immediate attention of woot’s customer support team through this forum. Can someone please expedite the investigation into this matter and process my refund as soon as possible?
I look forward to a prompt update and resolution.
