Are the lamps in the floodlight easily replaceable?
The lamps are built in. They are LED.
I have received this item twice. My original order and a replacement. Both units came with paperwork that would not allow the unit to connect due to having the incorrect QR code. The network populated via the QR code and PIN differ from the network being put out by the Ring unit itself causing it to error out.
I’m very sorry. You might check in with Ring support to see if they can resolve it for you. If not, reach back out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

I too received 2 Ring devices with no PIN code. RING app instructions say it is under the QR code (which did come with the device). I called support and was told that since they are refurbished the pin code is lost and they would have to be replaced. A major PITA since I installed them both before I learned this. Ring is sending new ones and i have to uninstall the old ones and send back.

The PIN is actually located behind the unit itself (QR code also there), and not under the QR code on the paper instructions.
Did you look in the device itself? That is where I found my when the pin wasn’t with the code on the paperwork.
2 of my 3 devices did not have the PIN. Ring support says they cannot be installed without the PIN.
There is no PIN anywhere on the devices itself. The 3rd one had it below the QR code which I used to install.
Major fail by RING here. I hope I can get 1 replacement from Woot as it was a really good deal!
What does “Refurbished 7” or “Refurbished 8” mean exactly?
Same thing. Woot can’t combine the inventory so they add a number.
