Anyone know if these are manufactured refurbished or done by a third party? Kinda hoping these are leftover “new” models being sold as refurbished…but I have lots of hopes so most likely not.

If they were refurbished by the manufacturer, we would call it “Factory Reconditioned.”
Any idea the condition? meaning will they show signs of use?

There may but nothing that keeps it from being usable. It will vary from unit to unit, of course. I rarely see comments on that.
Hmmmm…are we talking new units with malfunctions that have been refurbished or floor units from big box stores that have been sent in for new guts? I’m clearly on the fence here…any added description of potential origin would be greatly appreciated
When highlighting where it says refurbished on woot the description reads, anywhere from buyers remorse meaning store returned or malfunctioned unites which were repaired. I have purchased this myself, so i hope the units are in good shape or i will be returning.
Does it list the year of the model anywhere? Thinking of pulling the trigger but I also see used 2014-2015 ones on craigslist with warranty for about the same price…

@robrob1985 if you can remember and don’t mimd taking the time give us a post on the condition of your unit after it arrives and you put it thru the paces, any issues or blemishes, dead pixels, etc. I’m really on the fence but would feel more comfortable with factory refurbished which is available elsewhere…but $400 more. It would be much appreciated!

Unfortunately, SqTr wrote their widget using flash. You may have to move to a desktop pc or a device that supports flash.
You can buy the warranty up to 30 days after your purchase but you do have to buy it from us. SqTr no longer sells warranties for refurbished items direct to consumers.
