Great TV. Bought the 55" from Woot when it was here. Stand was missing though. Woot gave a credit, but I still had to locate the part online (backordered a month or more from OEM parts website), and wait for it to be shipped. Samsung wouldn’t provide it free - on me for buying refurbished. Now that it’s all put together, it looks great, works well, etc. Stamped “refurbished” across the serial no/model label in back.
Buying a Yuge TV on Woot is risky biz.
That does sound like a hassle with the stand, but not uncommon for refurb/open box suppliers - However, congrats on having one of the best TVs available. There is no question that the QD OLED panels have altered the entire game, and forced some additional acceleration in image quality, as well as some new opportunities to reconsider what the price should be for “premium” display technologies.

All worked out in the end. And, as you say, it’s a really great TV! Replaces a non-smart one from more than a decade ago. Love the picture quality, and I have it hooked up to an AVR w surround sound. What a great viewing experience! Even the PGA Tour becomes a viewing adventure.
