I just bought this phone the last time that was available on woot. I love it but the phone came with scratches on the caseing, which was expected. They give us a warning about it on the product page. That’s easy tonhid with a case anyway. The main issue that I am upset about is that the charging port is loose. So the charging is very intermittent. I have had to resort to wireless charging or fiddling with the charging cable until it sits in just the right spot. I sent message to woot trying to exchange for a new phone, but haven’t heard back. I usually don’t have any issue with woot customer service but I’ve definitely been disappointed this time around.
I’m hoping there will be Samsung Factory refurbished models soon. Definitely rolling tbe dice when it comes to used phones.

So i just ordered the s22, and the exterior condition of the first was fine. Obviously dropped, as corners had scratches all over but otherwise looked fine till i turned it on. Screen had screen burn in, it had the notifications bar and the buttons from the tik tok app burnt into the screen. I got a replacement that was even worse - looks like youtube was burnt into the middle of the screen. So just a warning.
I ended up just returning both. This is usually caused by leaving the phone on the same screen for too long at a high brightness and the phone overheating, and the s22 had alot of screen burn issues it seems.
It’s been a week and I haven’t seen anything go to spam. I check my emails frequently.

Thank you! Just to clarify, pepper114 was correct that this had gone to junk mail and I missed it. I didn’t actually reply but sent a follow up message after posting here. I eventually found the original response deep in my junk mail and responded there. I’m sure that nobody cares about my adventures in customer service, but Woot did come through and helped me out. I appreciate pepper114 and you following up with me on this!
Just got mine. It looks like someone played kickball with the frame. The back looks replaced with aftermarket, and the charger port and pen holes look like they have been very badly treated. I will not be keeping it.
