Samsung The Frame TV (2022) (Factory Reconditioned)

And they just canceled my service ticket without my permission. This is terrible. I hope to hear from a Woot staff member.

Hi there - talked to our CS rep, they have received your email and are taking a look at it. Unfortunately they have a high number of emails right now, so it may take a day or two for them to respond (and as they work with Samsung regarding the warranty). Apologies for the wait, I’m so sorry to hear about this!

Wow. I was thinking about purchasing one of these but now I will buy somewhere with a real warranty. Sorry for the terrible cs experiences you wooters are having.

Hi there. These have a real warranty. Samsung is having issues with one of their systems saying it’s covered under warranty and another one saying it’s not. They’re looking into the issue.

Oh yes. We’ve had that happen before here.

The technical term is the warranty has been ā€œSchrƶdingerizedā€ It’s a relatively rare event but some attribute it to global warming.

What’s the difference between these and the refurbished models? Also if ship to USA address can I return from Canada?

Hi there. Click here for our guide to the various conditions and their definitions.

If you take the TV to Canada, you will have to bring it back to the US in the event you need to return it.

Oh my, I almost pulled the trigger on a 75ā€, but then I read the scathing comments.

As Randy says: And for that reason, I’m out.

Thanks to all posters!!!

I just got my factory condition 55 in frame TV yesterday. As I was setting it up I noticed there was a big bulge in the screen. After about half an hour on the phone with customer service they offered me a return and refund. It was pretty painless, but super irritating. Looks like buying a factory reconditioned TV isn’t exactly hassle free, but at least it is returned.

Commenters need to cut their losses and just return the TV. And hope for a replacement available. If you want a FRAME that badly for cheap with full warranty then this deal is not for you. Just keep your eye out for Open Box at big box stores or wait until 2022s are on clearance for Black Friday.

Think of the time you are wasting with Samsung customer service in hourly wage.

Also…it should be noted if buyers are really worried about the 90 Day warranty. The Asurion Protection plan can be bought for a small amount via the link through Amazon at the bottom of the page.

What a piece of absolute garbage. I knew given the ragged condition of the box (I got the 32") that I would be disappointed. Missing instructions. Missing the wall mount templates. Then, once powered on - laggy, tv controls itself at times, remote won’t hold a charge or is defective (every 20th press gets recognized). Why is woot packaging up defective junk?

Thunder thigh has always taken care of any issue that I had with TVs and I’ve had a few I have had two broken Samsung Sero delivered to me, they sent me a label and they picked up the next day. It couldn’t be easier, and the TVs I bought were huge and heavy.
