Does this come with the attachments? Where it says “what’s in box” it just lists the vacuum, but in the description it mentions the attachments.
Thanks!
How is this on hard floors? Looking for a good solution for vacuuming sand and pet hair from linoleum
This is probably the best vacuum we’ve ever owned – and we’ve tried them all. I’m amazed at the amount of pet hair it picks up on hard floors AND carpets. Only negative is the motor in the head tends to burn out. We’ve replaced it twice in the last 6-7 years we’ve owned one. Luckily we purchased the lifetime warranty.
I have had a similar model (another Lift Away, but not the Apex) and it does a great job on hard floors. Sharks are the best vacuums I’ve ever used, better by far than the much more expensive brands,
Comes with a crevice tool and the pet multi tool.
I don’t have this one, but I have the liftaway duoclean whatever fancy system, and you’ll be blown away by how well shark vacuums work.
I got ours and vacuumed a rug I vacuumed a couple weeks before, and it was like I’d never vacuumed in my life. I had to empty the dust cup (of comparable size to my old vacuum) three times for an 8x10 rug.
Is return shipping included?
Got the same model on woot a few weeks back and it’s great! For $100 this is a no-brainer.
We have 2 dogs and it gets the dustbunnies and tumbleweeds without any problem on our tile and hardwood floors. That duo roller thing is the best thing since sliced bread. It did a great job on the thick-pile carpet we have in our bedroom that has always been difficult to vacuum.
Is there a way to get a warrantee on the refurbished Sharks from woot? I would definitely be interested in that based on the other comment above.

Is return shipping included with Prime subscription?
Hi there, below is a link to Woot’s return policy.
(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
It says on the return buyer is responsible for shipping but a general statement on the website says Prime customers are intitled to free shipping?
We generally provide return shipping labels unless you abuse our kindness.
Who would do that???
