Are the attachments new or have they been used?

I bought one awhile back. The dryer and attachments didn’t look used. I love this hair dryer! It has a lot of power. Also, make sure to register this with Shark. If the dryer starts acting funny, they will send you a replacement.

the attachments may have been previously used, but they have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in accordance with all applicable health and safety standards.

Yeah but did you buy it? Refurbished they blacked out the barcode. And my experience with this hair dryer has not been really much better than my normal cheaper hair dryer with diffuser for my curly hair

I was also ticked that it didn’t come with instructions. They told me to download them. Lol

That’s pretty common for refurbs. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

I bought it refurbished last year.

I am so pissed! I received my Shark hair dryer today and I’m missing the diffuser and brush attachments! I’ve emailed customer support but I’ll probably have to return it, unfortunately! I was really looking forward to using it, too.

They only shipped the one I ordered with only one attachment not three.

Make sure you contact customer service. They’ll have some options for you. Here’s the blurb.

I also only received one attachment.

Reached out to customer service yesterday. Waiting for my reply.

I was offered a return or partial credit. I asked for a return as the unit itself is barely functional. It’s been 2 days and still no return label.

Very frustrating.

The return label will come directly from UPS, not Woot. You’ll want to check for that.

It happened to me too but they sent me an email apologizing, and they sent me the attachments at a later date!

Me too! I received all the attachments that I hadn’t received in the first place! Once again, Woot pulls through and makes it right!
