Best Buy has the 2020 model brand new for the same price.
in for the 77" but was delivered the wrong product. bought the 77" A80CJ OLED , I was delivered 75" X90CJ LED (a waaay inferior product). emailed support for help.
Making me glad I did not jump on this deal.
Took as risk on the 65" because it was such a good deal. I bought it during the previous listing on January 17th and I finally got the TV today, February 1st, only because I called the logistics company a couple times to get them to actually check the trailer it was sitting in for days unscanned. Supply chain issues aside, the TV is great day 1.
There are some very light scratches on the top right corner probably due to being shipped back and forth, but they are only visible when way up close so I’m praying that’s the only problem I have with this box for at least a decade.
Ordered a 77 inch and got it yesterday February the 1st. Some minor scratches on the frame and light scratch or 2 on the screen that you can’t see unless you are standing with your face pressed to the screen with it off looking for them. But the major issue is it has a spot on the edge of the screen that look almost like air pockets between 2 layers I don’t know how else to describe it. Im waiting for Woot! To get back with me on it . If I had to do it over I’d buy new. Nothing against the company itself I know they just resell but the refurbishing company they use seems to have some QC issues.
The story gets better, It’s Feb 10 and I don’t have the right TV yet.
I check woot this morning and now the new deal is $1,999.00
$200 less than what I paid.
Found a way to talk to a person who said (1) he couldn’t help me since the merchant was different and (2) there are no manager escalations
(felt like a Karen asking for a manager… not my finest moment).
they guy helped me RETURN the $2199 TV (free shipping label, home pickup) and I’m now buying the $1999 deal - which hopefully comes before fall.
